• What if I want to make payment on delivery?

We prefer payment via mobile money, however we will accept cash knowing that it is convenient

• Can I buy a product on credit?

Unfortunately, any items you purchase must be paid for on the same day.

• Can I arrange to pick the purchased item up?

Due to security reasons we do not allow this form of transaction. We are quite happy for you to arrange a meet up point with the couriers

• How soon can I receive my delivery?

We offer next day delivery, apart from Sundays, where orders placed on Saturday will be deliver on the following Monday. If for any reason, your order will exceed the next day delivery cut off, we will be in contact to discuss

• What do I do if I ordered the wrong product?

Inform us as soon as possible on 054 093 7189 about the wrong item ordered. If the item has not been dispatched then we can substitute for the right product. If it has been dispatched, then you might incur additional charges

• How do I cancel an order?

Please call us on 054 093 7189 as soon as possible to make cancellation. If you would like to cancel after the product has been dispatched, then the customer will incur cancellation charges.

• Can I return an item?

As long as the item you have received is still new, unused and its original packaging; you will have 48 hours in which you can contact Mum2Baby to arrange for the item to be returned to the warehouse after which your full money will be refunded.

• My item is faulty, what should I do?

To report a fault with our products, please contact us on 054 093 7189 or email us at info@mum2babygh.com. If the item is deemed faulty, then we will swap it for a new item or you will receive a full refund including the delivery cost.

• What is an e-Gift Card?

An e-Gift is an Electronic Gift Card sent via e-mail giving you the ideal opportunity to give a family memeber or friend with the perfect gift. Please click here for more details e-Gift Card

• How do I contact Mum2Baby?

• What if I have a complaint?

We take complaints very seriously at Mum2Baby. Depending on the complaint, we might have to launch an investigation and inform you of the outcome within a set period. You will always be informed of the outcome of the raised complaint.

• What if I have a suggestion?

We listen to our Number 1 stakeholder, customers. If you have a suggestion, please do try to contact us via e-mail at admin@mum2babygh.com

• What if I have a compliment?

We would like to hear of your Mum2Baby experience, no matter how small. These reviews are published on our website, Instagram and Facebook. Please inform us if you would like to remain anonymous on any of these platforms.

Pre-Order

• How soon can I receive my Pre-order items?

Once the items have been shipped, it can take between 4 to 6 weeks for the items to arrive in Accra.

• Getting the size for Pre-ordered items right?

Bearing in minds babies grow at a rapid rate, it’s usually good practice to order a size bigger, unless it is for a special occasion.

• I have changed my mind about my Pre-ordered items?

Most of the time, we can usually add to our stock for sale. If this is not possible, then we would have to refund 50% of the total cost of the item.

e-Gift Card

• How do I receive the e-Gift card?

Within 72 hours of making payment, you will receive an e-mail with the e-Gift Card code followed with instructions on how to shop with the e-Gift Card. Keep the e-Gift card code safe as anyone can use the code to shop.

• What if the recipient doesn’t spend the entire amount on the e-Gift Card?

The recipient will have the remaining balance accredited to their Mum2Baby account.

• What if the total amount in your basket exceeds the amount on your e-Gift card?

You can make part payment at checkout. Enter the unique code on your e-Gift card into the promotion box to apply the discount. Your total will be re-calculated, and you can continue as normal.

• Does the e-Gift Card have an expiry?

We give all our e-Gift Cards 12 months expiry. You risk loosing the benefits of the e-Gift card once it expires. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the e-Gift card beyond 12 months.
