In the formulation of this product, the mother tincture (expressed from freshly harvested biodynamically grown Calendula flowers) is combined with two precious oils; Sweet Almond oil, which is well-liked in baby care for its gentleness, and organic Sesame seed oil with its excellent moisture retaining properties. This mixture of totally natural ingredients, help protect the skin from environmental drying effects, leaving the skin soft and supple. Weleda Baby Calendula Lotion has been formulated without Lanolin therefore it is ideally suited for the care of delicate Lanolin-allergic skin.

Because of its creamy consistency, it stays in the palm of the hand and does not disappear into the cotton wool, and yet it is runny enough to easily distribute over the skin
