Measurements
While it can be easy to buy an outfit as per your little one’s age range, different companies use different sizing scheme to determine its sizes. If your little one is a bit on the bigger side or smaller size, please use your discretion in choosing clothing or footwear sizes. Any returns associated with wrong sizes, will be processed with the customer paying for the delivery charge.
Payment
As first line, we prefer full payment be made via mobile money to our registered number prior to delivery. We can accept cash, if paying via mobile money is an inconvenience. If it is a large amount of money then payment can be made to our bank account. Details will be provided upon request.
For pre-order items, 70% of the total cost must be paid before we begin to process your order.
Delivery Information
We will endeavour to inform you of the delivery charge prior to any delivery. You can locate our delivery charges on the homepage screen of our website.
The cost of delivery will be annotated on the outer packaging of your purchased item. The delivery charge must be paid in cash to the rider. Depending on the size of your purchase, the delivery cost may incur additional charges. Please provide us with accurate delivery address, so we can apply the correct delivery charge and avoid delays. We contribute a maximum of ¢35 towards the free delivery for orders over ¢500
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us for a full refund. Any delivery charges associated with the return of the product must be paid by the customer. A full refund will be awarded to the customer, once we receive the product in its original packaging back at the warehouse.
If a faulty product was delivered, then you will receive full refund after it has been received at the warehouse.
